2. The process of signing an employment agreement with an employer outside Shandong Province:
(1) Graduates themselves apply for employment outside the province on the Shandong University Graduate Employment Information Online, and the college is responsible for employment. The teacher will conduct the review;
(2) The graduates shall go to the school employment office to receive the national unified paper employment agreement (in triplicate), and the system will automatically lock the province’s online contract signing function;
(3) Graduates sign a paper employment agreement with the receiving unit and submit the agreement directly to the college’s employment teacher for review;
(4) The agreement and out-of-province employment application are After passing the review, the relevant information of the agreement will be accurately entered into the Shandong University Graduates Employment Information Network.
(5) The school employment office will make the final review and file as a basis for dispatch.
Note: Graduates who have received employment agreements before the information network is opened, please log in to the website as soon as possible and submit applications for employment outside the province, otherwise the agreement cannot be entered online.
3. Termination process
