Do Fengnan civil servants interview or write first?

Fengnan takes the civil service written test first. The civil service examination is mainly recruited through national examination and provincial examination. The civil service examination is divided into two stages, one is written examination and the other is interview. The general public written examination subjects are administrative professional ability test and applied theory, commonly known as "line test" and "applied theory", and other special positions will add professional subjects.
