Is the Bund in Tanggu by the sea?

The Tanggu Bund is on the edge of the Haihe River. You can’t see the endless sea from the Bund, and no tickets are required. I don’t know where you are so I can’t tell you the transportation route, but you can take 621 at Tianjin East Station and get off directly at the Bund. If you want to see the sea, go to Beitang and take a fishing boat or go to the pier and take a small yacht.
