Application process:

What are the conditions:

1, with the ability to bear civil liability;

2, there is a clear scope of medical beauty diagnosis and treatment services;

3, in line with the basic standards of medical institutions (Trial);

4. Other conditions stipulated by the health administrative department of the people's government at or above the provincial level.

Medical beauty clinic information:

1, application for setting up a medical institution;

2. Notice of Pre-approval of Medical Institution Name (industry and commerce);

3. Feasibility study report;

4, site selection report and building plan;

5. Basic information (qualification) of the establishment applicant (person);

6. If two legal persons jointly apply, a valid contract and agreement shall be submitted;

7. Credit certificate of the applicant for establishment;

8. Housing property certificate or use certificate;

9. In case of joint reorganization, the opinions of the higher authorities of both parties (parties) and the agreement on joint reorganization of both parties (parties) shall be submitted;

Qualification of employees:

1, qualified as a medical practitioner and registered by the medical practitioner registration authority;

2. Have working experience in related clinical disciplines. Among them, the doctor responsible for the implementation of cosmetic surgery projects should have more than 6 years of clinical work experience in cosmetic surgery or plastic surgery and other related majors; Doctors responsible for implementing cosmetic dentistry projects should have more than 5 years of clinical experience in cosmetic dentistry or stomatology; Doctors responsible for implementing cosmetic Chinese medicine and cosmetic dermatology projects should have more than 3 years of clinical work experience in traditional Chinese medicine and dermatology respectively;

3. Qualified in medical cosmetology training or advanced study, or engaged in medical cosmetology clinical work 1 year or more.
