To recruit accountants, we should:

1, recruiting accountants according to laws and regulations.

2, accounting education and accounting titles

Work experience is the actual work situation of accountants engaged in financial accounting work, including the actual financial and pragmatic experience of accountants. When recruiting accountants, we need to focus on the following contents:

(1) Understand the working experience of pure accounting. Although the cashier's work experience is also a part of financial work, accounting should be familiar with it, but it is still different from accounting work. Therefore, we should attach importance to the pure accounting work experience of accountants.

Although the basic principles of financial accounting are the same and the general work content is similar, the financial treatment methods and tax calculation methods of different enterprises and industries are obviously different.

Therefore, it is necessary to know the specific work of accounting in detail.
