Normal facial features, no obvious features and defects on the face (such as birthmark, scar, tattoo, cross-eye, squint, cleft lip, tooth protrusion, etc.), no obvious features and defects on the body (such as hunchback, sloping shoulders, severe varicose veins, no obvious splayed feet inside and outside, severe flat feet, no skin diseases that cannot be cured for a long time, etc.), and no various disabilities.

C. Good image and temperament, articulate, good at interpersonal communication and strong affinity.

(6) Application Restrictions

Immediate family members of employees of recruitment agencies cannot apply for this agency.

(7) Publicity

The candidates for a specific recruitment post (lobby manager or marketing specialist) must be publicized (the publicity period is 5 working days) and subject to the supervision of the employees of the bank and the public. If the problems reflected during the publicity period are found to be out of the scope of application or unsuitable for employment, they will be disqualified.

3. Written test exemption

(1) Education (one of the following conditions must be met)

A. "Double first-class" construction institutions of higher learning (42 first-class university construction institutions and 95 first-class discipline construction institutions jointly announced by the Ministry of Education, the Ministry of Finance and the National Development and Reform Commission) full-time undergraduate degree or above, with bachelor's degree or above;

B. Full-time postgraduate degree in ordinary colleges and universities, with master's degree or doctoral degree (including: Zhangzhou Rural Commercial Bank, Fuqing Huitong Rural Commercial Bank, Putian Rural Commercial Bank, Xiamen Rural Commercial Bank, Nan 'an Rural Commercial Bank, Anxi Associated Press, Hui 'an Associated Press, Fuzhou Rural Commercial Bank, Shishi Rural Commercial Bank, Changle Rural Commercial Bank, Lianjiang Rural Commercial Bank, Longyan Rural Commercial Bank, Jinjiang Rural Commercial Bank, Longhai Rural Commercial Bank, Xianyou Associated Press and Shanghang Rural Commercial Bank) Other banks can accept "professional master's degree" registration);

C. Bachelor degree or above from overseas universities ranked within 2 in the world. Postgraduates from overseas universities are required to have a full-time bachelor degree in China or a bachelor degree from overseas universities ranked within 2 in the world. Overseas institutions ranking within the TOP2 in the world shall be subject to the 22TIMES or 22QS World University Ranking TOP 2. Returned students should obtain academic degree certification issued by relevant departments of the Ministry of Education.

(2) majors: according to the specific requirements of recruitment agencies, the majors that are exempt from written examination should be in line with the comprehensive majors that have no specific requirements in principle, and the specific scope is economics, finance, accounting, statistics, law, management, China language and literature, philosophy, journalism and communication, agriculture (forestry, animal husbandry and fishery), computer and other related and similar majors.

(3) Proportion requirement: the recruitment interview ratio of new employees who are exempt from written examination is generally not less than 1:1.5, otherwise the recruitment quota will be reduced accordingly.

4. Education and related certificates must be obtained before August 31, 22.

(3) Age

1. Persons with bachelor degree or below are under 28 years old (born after October 1, 1991).

2. Postgraduates can be relaxed to 32 years old (born after October 1, 1987).

3. Doctoral students can be relaxed to 35 years old (born after October 1, 1984).

4. At present, the age of full-time employees in banking financial institutions who have worked for two years can be relaxed by four years according to their first degree in full-time colleges and universities, for example, the undergraduate degree can be relaxed to 32 years and the postgraduate degree can be relaxed to 36 years.

(5) Restrict applicants

Those who have committed crimes and received criminal punishment, those who have been dismissed by state administrative organs and institutions, and those who have been dismissed by financial institutions, who have been found to have committed serious violations of employment discipline such as fraud, those who have lost their trust in the recruitment of various units, and those who are not suitable for employment for other reasons are not allowed to apply.

(6) Candidates with high academic qualifications can underreport. For example, candidates who meet the requirements for exemption from written examinations can also apply for written examinations, graduate degrees can underreport undergraduate positions, and undergraduate degrees can underreport junior college positions.
