The review of Zhoushan Dinghai welder's operation certificate shall be handled by Zhoushan Dinghai Safety Production Supervision Administration. Zhoushan Dinghai Safety Production Supervision and Administration Bureau is located on the 7th floor of Building No.68 1 East Administrative Center1Lincheng Street, Dinghai District, Zhoushan City, Zhejiang Province. Office hours are from 08: 30 am to 12: 00 am and from 14: 00 pm to 17: 00 pm. The review process is as follows.

1. Confirm whether the online information of welder certificate is consistent with the certificate information.

2. Submit 4 one-inch color photos with white background, 1 electronic photo, electrician certificate and a copy of ID card required for audit.

3. After submitting the materials, study for one day and take the exam.
