How to integrate traditional culture into enterprise management

The real integration of China traditional culture into enterprise management can be considered from the following three aspects.

First, the moral cultivation of the company's top managers is one of the key factors for China's traditional culture to be well integrated into the enterprise, and China's traditional culture has had an important impact on many famous entrepreneurs at home and abroad.

Professional managers, as managers of modern enterprises, should learn from the western modern management concepts, proceed from the reality of China, draw the essence from the excellent traditional thoughts of the Chinese nation for 5,000 years, improve their moral cultivation, and creatively apply them to enterprise management. Personally, I think there are two ideological essences that we must master. One is the management philosophy of "self-improvement, respecting morality and carrying things", and the other is the management philosophy of "doing nothing". The former is a comprehensive requirement and promotion method for the personal quality of professional managers in China. From ancient times to the present, all people with lofty ideals yearn for the realization of personal ideals and career success, but very few people in history have really achieved this. The main reason is that they can't unify their personal pursuit and social pursuit well. The latter pays more attention to the strategic thinking of professional managers. The so-called "inaction" does not mean doing nothing, but its essential meaning is "doing something and doing everything". In the Taoist thought of China's traditional culture, the thought of "inaction" also contains the meaning of doing something according to the requirements of heaven and nature, because professional managers pay more attention to management, and I think the first meaning is more in line with our professional characteristics and requirements. Thousands of years ago, our ancestors had an old saying, "cultivate one's morality, keep one's family in order, govern the country and level the world." Why did the ancients put cultivation in the first place? The truth is to be ahead of time. Being a man in advance is a golden rule in dealing with people and working life. To succeed in life, we must first cultivate internal strength and improve moral cultivation. If you are a person with rich connotation and noble morality, people will be willing to associate and cooperate with you, and the easier it is for you to succeed, the easier it is for the enterprise to become bigger and stronger.

Second, integrate Chinese excellent traditional culture into corporate culture construction.

Hu Ping pointed out in the preface of the book Corporate Culture: "The most vital part of China's corporate culture in international communication is the part influenced by China's traditional culture. To develop and prosper China's corporate culture, on the one hand, we should absorb the excellent parts of corporate culture at home and abroad; On the other hand, we must inherit our good traditions, innovate in the process of integration, and realize the docking and transcendence of the two cultures. " In the process of building corporate culture, China's excellent traditional culture should be purposeful and planned. For example, the basic concept of company operation is "the company treats employees well and employees love the company", which embodies the concepts of kindness and love in China traditional culture. "Goodness" is a basic concept of Buddhism in China, and "love" is a basic concept of Confucianism in China. This not only meets the needs of enterprise culture construction, but also achieves the goal of integrating Chinese excellent traditional culture into enterprises.

Thirdly, we should regularly train employees in Chinese studies, so that they can take root in employees' thoughts and form the habit of following excellent culture.

At present, only middle and senior employees in most domestic enterprises have the opportunity to participate in the training of China traditional culture organized by the company, and grass-roots employees rarely have the opportunity to participate. The author does not fully agree with this approach. In some industries, grass-roots employees have more opportunities to face customers and directly contact customers (potential customers) than middle and high-level employees. Imagine what kind of image the whole company will convey to customers if the grassroots employees of the company have a high level of China culture. It must be a very positive and effective publicity for the company. So I think the company should train managers and employees at all levels in a planned way, and conduct special training courses for middle and senior managers, mainly to train the role of China traditional culture in enterprise management, so as to improve their mental model and improve their management realm and level; It is necessary to strengthen the propaganda and edification of the Disciples' Rules and the traditional culture of China for grass-roots personnel, and improve their sense of responsibility and moral concepts.

Peter Drucker, a management guru, once said that the more corporate culture conforms to the national culture, the longer it can take root. For China enterprises, it is necessary to combine China's excellent traditional culture with western scientific management tools, so as to build a lasting enterprise foundation.
