1. Recruitment Scope and Conditions

(1) Recruitment Scope:

Full-time college graduates from 2002 to 2008 with a permanent residence in Linqing City and registered with the municipal personnel or education department (excluding current staff in government agencies and institutions).

Teacher training graduates are limited to applying for teaching positions. (2) Application conditions:

1. Abide by the Constitution and laws of the People’s Republic of China, have good conduct, and enjoy civil and political rights;

2. Be in good health and meet the physical examination standards for employment by public institutions;

3. Have the qualifications required for the position to be applied for;

4. Applicants cannot apply for the application if they have a kinship relationship that should be avoided The unit where the person works; persons who have been criminally punished for crimes or who have been found to have cheated on examinations by the civil service authorities at all levels in the civil service recruitment examinations cannot apply.

2. Registration and qualification review

(1) Registration requirements: Applicants must hold their graduation certificate, registration certificate, original and copy of their valid resident ID card, household register, Three one-inch, bareheaded photos of the same background. The college students who were selected to work in the village in 2008 came to the Linqing Theater Hall from June 27 to 30, 2009, with their graduation certificate, original and copy of their valid resident ID card, and a letter from their employer. (2) Qualification review. 3. Organizing the exam

The exam is divided into a written test and an interview.

Examination subjects: The content of the health examination is the basic knowledge of the health profession; the content of the education examination is the professional knowledge of various disciplines; the content of the comprehensive examination is the "Administrative Occupational Ability Test" and "Application Essay", each accounting for 50% of the entire test score. The written test will be held on the morning of July 11, 2009 (the specific time is subject to the admission ticket).

The results of the written examination were announced in the Linqing Talent Market on July 18, 2009, and were also published on the Linqing Talent Website. Based on the written test scores, candidates for the interview will be determined from high scores to low scores in a ratio of 1:1.2.

(2) Interview. The interview will be conducted in the form of structured interview and lecture trial, and will mainly assess the comprehensive qualities of the candidates in aspects such as comprehensive analysis ability, organization and coordination ability, on-the-spot adaptability, language expression ability and demeanor. The interview is scored on a 100-point scale. The interview time and location will be announced on the Linqing Talent Market and Linqing Talent Network at selected dates.

(3) Score calculation.

After the interview, 70% of the written test score and 30% of the interview score will be converted into a percentage system to calculate the total exam score. Written test scores, interview scores, and total test scores are calculated to two decimal places, and the remainder is rounded off. Based on the total test scores, the personnel who will enter the scope of physical examination and inspection will be determined in equal amounts according to the recruitment positions and plans.

IV. Physical examination and inspection

(1) Physical examination: Organized and implemented in accordance with the standards of the Ministry of Personnel and the Ministry of Health's "Notice on Issuing General Physical Examination Standards for Civil Servant Recruitment (Trial)" The time and location will be announced on the Linqing Talent Network and Linqing Talent Market.

(2) Inspection: In accordance with the standards of both ability and political integrity, and according to the requirements of the position to be hired, understand the subject’s political ideology, moral character, ability and quality, compliance with laws and regulations, and whether there is a need for avoidance, etc. And review the qualifications of the inspection objects.

(3) Determine the candidates. After conducting a physical examination on the preliminary candidates, the formal hire will be determined. 5. Announcement of recruitment results

6. Handle employment procedures

After the public announcement, for those candidates who have no objections to the public announcement, the employment procedures and related matters shall be handled in accordance with the relevant provisions of the "Administrative Measures for Public Institutions".

Recruited township primary and secondary school teachers are required to sign a work agreement, and they are not allowed to apply for transfer within five years.

Those who work in the village will serve as assistant to the party branch secretary or assistant to the director of the village committee for a period of 2 years.
