1, horizontal installation mode

Standard horizontal installation is the simplest assembly method. It can maintain high precision and accuracy when it is subjected to impact and vibration. And is convenient for installation, disassembly, cleaning and maintenance of equipment and silver rails.

① Fixed horizontal pressure This is the simplest application method to solve impact vibration.

② Screw fixation When our installation is limited by space, screw fixation is adopted, and the number of screws can be increased if necessary.

Then because the vertical stress points are different, the upper silver guide rail will be easily damaged, and it is difficult to calculate the load force. The guide rail may be damaged by the load.

Finally, let's talk about inverted installation. In this case, the force is vertically reversed. For example, the dynamic load of the upper silver guide rail of HGH35CA itself is 600KG. However, due to the vertical installation, the vertical reverse force and the vertical force of the self-weight of the machine should be calculated when the equipment is running. In this case, the customer's choice should be based on the load on the upper silver guide rail multiplied by 3 times to ensure the selection of equipment.

For the combined form of silver guide rails in Taiwan Province Province, when installing, the base part must be within two lines, with the side of one bed as the reference edge, and the meter should be played while installing, and the other one should be installed with the installed reference rail.
