Is Shangsi County very backward?

1, Shangsi County has a unique geographical location, which is around Fangchenggang, Qinzhou, Chongzuo and Nanning. However, among many counties in Guangxi, Shangsi County is not very well developed, and it is a relatively backward county among many counties under the jurisdiction of three coastal cities in Beibu Gulf, Guangxi.

2. The traffic conditions in Shangsi County are obviously backward. There is no direct access to expressway, the provincial capital Nanning and the border town Dongxing. No railways, no high-speed railway station.
