The interview is ok, but there is something wrong with the education. What should I do?

When dealing with this problem, no absolute person is necessarily right or wrong.

So we should analyze and treat them differently:

First, the academic qualifications:

Most job seekers are looking forward to working in large enterprises with mature development and good conditions. In this era of rampant false certificates, in order to ensure the basic quality and quality threshold of talent access, as far as I know, these large enterprises generally have strict requirements for academic qualifications. When we were doing campus recruitment before, we once met a well-known enterprise. They not only require academic qualifications, but also pass CET-6. Some even chose graduates from famous schools or key universities (Project 2 1 1). Many fresh graduates with good performance and quality were stopped by this article, which is a pity for them, but big companies would rather miss 1000.

As we all know, having a degree does not mean having the ability. Why do these enterprises attach so much importance to academic qualifications, even though they are obviously qualified in the interview, but they are rejected because their academic qualifications are unqualified? It is mainly determined by its corporate culture and talent values, because in their eyes, education is not just a threshold and a stepping stone, but represents a culture, a circle, a similar value and a similar thinking mode. After all, there will still be essential differences between graduate students, undergraduates and college students, and there will also be obvious differences between students who graduated from key universities and those who graduated from ordinary schools. We must acknowledge and face up to this.

What SMEs value most is ability and practicality, not just academic qualifications. What they value more is real ability, whether people can solve problems and start working immediately after coming. So the ability is ok, but the education is not enough. They don't think it's a big problem and will usually be hired. But in-depth analysis, is this its original intention? I personally don't think so. As the saying goes, everyone who wants to be bald is forced by small and medium-sized enterprises, because their own strength and competitiveness are not strong, and it is difficult to recruit people themselves. Emphasizing or mandating academic qualifications is tantamount to tripping over yourself, which is harmful and useless.

Second, the academic integrity:

In the case, it was said that he didn't have a bachelor's degree, but only graduated from a technical secondary school, which showed that the applicant was lying and dishonest in education. This has the same reason as the education threshold, but it also depends on your corporate cultural values and what the boss emphasizes. This situation is obviously unacceptable if it is an enterprise (big or small) that strictly requires integrity. If you don't pay much attention to honesty, as long as employees can really do things and do a good job, then such people can also be hired.
