What is homestay settlement?

B&B settlement is a new concept, which can be understood as "B&B 2.0". Many B&B brands under the Country Companion Travel Agency are actively deploying this field. Different from the traditional single-point homestay, the homestay settlement forms scale effect through the gathering of multiple homestays, thus achieving the effects of resource sharing, optimizing service and reducing operating costs. Some projects run by Lv Wen Township include homestays. I have been to the projects made by this company, Jijiadun Ideal Village and Jiaxing Canal Taocang Ideal Village. The homestay settlement contains many homestay brands with different styles, and the design can be seen with great care, which is in line with my aesthetics.
