Scope and investment

Hegang-Dalian National expressway runs through Heilongjiang, Jilin and Liaoning provinces, and is a longitudinal trunk line in the east of Northeast China, with a total length of 1.474 km. It connects Hegang, Jiamusi, Qitaihe, Jixi and Mudanjiang in Heilongjiang Province, with a total length of 506 kilometers, radiating four first-class border ports with Russia, namely Jixiang, Mishan, Suifenhe and Dongning. Mudanjiang City is more than 0/93 kilometers, including Linkou to Mudanjiang, Ning 'an to Xingshan, Xingshan to Fuxing (the border between Heilongjiang and Kyrgyzstan).

Heda expressway is 506 kilometers long in Heilongjiang Province, starting from Hegang in the north, connecting Jiamusi, passing through Qitaihe and Jixi, the important cities of "coal and electricity coke", and connecting Mudanjiang with Jilin Province in the south. The reconstruction and expansion mileage of Heda Project this time is 330 kilometers. The section from Jixi to Mudanjiang140km is a reconstruction of expressway on the basis of maintaining the width of the existing first-class highway (20m). The investment is 3.04 billion yuan. Qitaihe to Jixi is 64 kilometers long, of which the second-class highway from Daling to Xingnong is 32 kilometers long and the first-class highway from Xingnong to Jixi toll station is 32 kilometers long. The investment is 65.438+0.68 billion yuan. The construction period has been from May, 2009 1 to the present.

The sections from Xiaogouling to Fusong and Jingyu to Tonghua in Heda expressway run through the north and south of baishan city, passing through Jiangyuan, Jingyu and Fusong counties under its jurisdiction, and the sections from Xiaogouling to Fusong and Jingyu to Tonghua at the junction of Jilin Province and Heilongjiang Province are 339 kilometers, of which *** 132 kilometers is in baishan city, with an investment of nearly 10 billion yuan and a planned investment of 2,065,438+.

Expressway Dunhua section of Hoda has a total length of157km, with 4 service areas, 7 toll stations, 7 interchanges, 2 connecting lines, 6 bridges 16 and 5 tunnels, with a total investment of nearly 9.7 billion yuan.

Major project

The construction of Erdao Songhua River Bridge in ZT07 Bid Section of Heda expressway Project is progressing steadily. Bid ZT07 starts from Chaihe Town, Dabu, Dunhua City and ends at Jiangyan Township, Fusong County, Baishan City, with a total length of 20.54 kilometers and a project cost of 65.438+36.5 million yuan. Erdao Songhua River Bridge and Tai Po Chaihe Tunnel are the control projects of this contract. Erdao Songhua River Bridge is also one of the two major control projects in Heda expressway. By May 28th, 20 1 1 635m long pile foundation has been completed, accounting for 5.6% of the total.
