The bonus will be paid in installments according to the length of service.

2. The personnel files of college graduates recruited to rural grass-roots units are managed by the administrative departments of counties (districts), and the salaries and benefits are paid in full and on time by the county (district) finance according to the prescribed standards. College graduates and above who are recruited to work in counties (districts) where subsidies are implemented in hard and remote areas or in key counties of national poverty alleviation and development work can be graded in advance. When they are graded, the salary scale of college graduates is set at level 1, and the salary scale of undergraduate graduates and above is set at level 2. After being transferred from the counties (districts) where subsidies are implemented in hard and remote areas or the key counties of national poverty alleviation and development work, the high salary will no longer be retained. Medical graduates who work in township hospitals can be arranged to practice in county hospitals in the first year.

3. Those who have been recruited to participate in the revitalization plan at the grassroots level in rural areas and have served at the grassroots level for three years can take the civil service examination and the staff examination of public institutions with the consent of the human resources and social security department of the county (district) where they are located, and can move between similar institutions in towns and villages within the county.

4. Those who fail to work at the grass-roots level or perform their service years in violation of the agreement shall be notified, and all the rewards shall be recovered. They shall not be employed as staff members of institutions within the administrative scope of Shaanxi Province for five years.
