Is it easy for a group fitness instructor who has become a monk now to find a job?

Easy to find, as long as the teaching is good, it will be easy to find, if the sports school is better. However, fitness coaching is not a long-term solution after all, because when you reach old age and can no longer dance, no one will hire you. The fitness industry is not a public institution. It can be as stable as a civil servant or the like, unless you are really a professional. If you have special skills or superb skills, you can be successful in the fitness industry. Otherwise, you should treat this as a part-time job. Several cycling instructors I know are all part-time. They also have their own jobs and just use coaching as extra income.
