This year, our province plans to supplement 6,535 rural teachers in 44 counties (districts) of 7 cities (states) through the "special post plan", including 3,554 national-level special post teachers (including "master of rural school education teacher training program") and 298 1 county-level special post teachers. Recruitment will be carried out in two stages. In the first stage, full-time undergraduate college graduates who meet the requirements of applying for the exam (the subjects to be applied for must be consistent with their majors) and substitute teachers who have obtained the corresponding teacher qualifications (preschool teachers cannot apply for the exam), are under 45 years old and still work in teaching posts for more than 5 years.
