The difference between intermediary and company direct recruitment

Intermediary agencies belong to labor intermediary companies, and the employees they recruit are handed over to the employer;

The direct recruitment of the company belongs to the direct recruitment of the personnel or human resources department of the employer, and the recruited employees are directly assigned to jobs for job scheduling without being transferred to other intermediaries or companies.

When an intermediary introduces a company, the customer needs to give the intermediary a part of the fee as the introduction fee, and the customer's salary is paid by the intermediary company, and the intermediary will deduct a part from it. This is not the case if the company recruits directly.
