What do legal officials do?

Legal managers mainly use systematic legal knowledge and common sense of enterprise management to organize and integrate the prevention of legal risks in enterprise operation in advance and provide suggestions and measures for relief afterwards; Innovative thinking and decision-making ability of legal management, internal training and comprehensive writing ability of enterprise system.

Its functions also include providing legal advice and professional checks for major decisions of enterprises, that is, the integration and operation management of enterprise rules and regulations, the centralized management of enterprise business or transaction relations and internal management relations, and the specific operation and management of enterprise litigation affairs. Handle legal affairs and procedures related to the company's business;
