Article 1: Males must be above 160cm in height and females must be above 155cm in height to qualify.

Article 8 Gonorrhea, syphilis, chancroid, lymphogranuloma venereum, non-gonococcal urethritis, genital warts, genital herpes, including positive results in laboratory tests, are unqualified.

Article 9: Blood pressure is qualified if it is within the following range:

(1) Systolic blood pressure 90mmHg, 140mmHg;

(2) Diastolic blood pressure 60mmHg, 90mmHg.

Article 10 If the heart rate is within the following range, you are qualified:

(1) Heart rate 60 to 100 beats/min;

(2) Heart rate 50 to 59 beats/min /min or 101 to 110 times/min. It is physiological after examination.

Article 11 Structural heart diseases such as rheumatic heart disease, cardiomyopathy, coronary heart disease, congenital heart disease, Keshan disease, etc. are not qualified.

Article 12: Chronic bronchitis accompanied by obstructive emphysema, bronchiectasis, and bronchial asthma are unqualified.

Article 13: Severe chronic gastric and intestinal diseases, diseases of the liver, gallbladder, spleen, and pancreas, intrahepatic bile duct stones, and obstructive gallstones will not qualify.

The following conditions are eligible:

(1) The gastric ulcer or duodenal ulcer has healed, there is no history of bleeding within 1 year, and the person has been asymptomatic for more than 1 year;

(2) There are no serious complications after cholecystectomy.

Article 14 Acute and chronic nephritis, chronic pyelonephritis, polycystic kidney disease, renal insufficiency, congenital or acquired loss of one kidney, history of kidney transplantation, hydronephrosis, and obstructed urinary tract Stones, unqualified.

Article 15: Endocrine system diseases such as diabetes, diabetes insipidus, acromegaly, etc. are not qualified.

The following conditions are qualified:

(1) Type Ⅱ diabetes blood sugar is controlled within the normal range.

Article 16 Lupus erythematosus, dermatomyositis, polymyositis, scleroderma, polyarteritis nodosa, rheumatoid arthritis and other diffuse connective tissue diseases, Takayasu arteritis , unqualified.

Article 17: Those with severe food, drug and other substance allergies or severe allergic constitution will not be qualified.

Article 19 AIDS, viral hepatitis, tuberculosis, epidemic hemorrhagic fever, bacterial and amoebic dysentery, kala-azar, typhoid fever, paratyphoid fever, brucellosis, and leptospirosis , schistosomiasis, malaria, filariasis, and other infectious diseases are not qualified.

The following conditions are qualified:

(1) Acute viral hepatitis has not recurred for more than 2 years after being cured, has no symptoms and signs, and laboratory tests are normal;

(2) Primary pulmonary tuberculosis, secondary pulmonary tuberculosis, tuberculous pleurisy, renal tuberculosis, peritoneal tuberculosis, no recurrence within 3 years after clinical cure (except surface ship personnel and submarine personnel);

Article 20: Epilepsy or other neurological diseases and their sequelae are disqualified.

Article 21 Mental disorders, schizophrenia, conversion disorder, dissociative disorder, depression, mania, neurosis, personality disorder, mental retardation, sleepwalking, enuresis, psychoactivity Substance abuse and dependence, as well as other mental illnesses, are ineligible.

Article 22: Stuttering that affects normal expression of language is disqualified.

Article 26: Cleft lip, palate and patients with obvious scars after cleft lip surgery are disqualified.

Article 27: Those who wear short clothes in summer and have tattoos on exposed parts of the body are disqualified.

Article 28: Other serious diseases that are not included in the physical examination standards but affect the normal performance of duties are not qualified.

Article 29: When hiring urgently needed talents and high-level talents, standards such as height, weight, and vision can be relaxed appropriately.

Article 30 This standard will be implemented on a trial basis from the date of issuance.

(5) Age conditions. Those who apply for management positions below department-level deputy positions or junior professional and technical positions must be between 18 years old and below 35 years old; those who apply for full-time management positions at department level or intermediate professional and technical positions must be between 18 years old and below 45 years old.
