At present, there are five higher vocational majors: computer application technology (network technology direction, 3G software development, computer software design, mobile terminal development direction), digital media technology, electronic information engineering technology, applied electronic technology and e-commerce. Among them, computer technology and applied electronics are the dominant majors in key construction projects at the college level.

There are computer basic training rooms, computer professional training rooms, single-chip computer training rooms, electronic product maintenance training rooms, electronic technology training rooms, digital media training rooms and other professional training rooms, which fully meet the needs of professional training. The pass rate of electricians and household electronic maintenance workers is 100%, the pass rate of advanced computer modules is 89.8%, and the average employment rate of graduates is 90%.

There are seven higher vocational majors in logistics management (port logistics direction, procurement and supply chain management direction, import and export bonded logistics direction), accounting computerization, financial management, investment and wealth management, industrial and commercial enterprise management, customs declaration and international freight, and international economy and trade. Among them, the major of logistics management and the major of accounting computerization have won the "Integrated Construction Project of Characteristic Specialty and Curriculum in Beihai Vocational College", which is the characteristic advantage specialty of our college.
