(1) Conditions

2. Those who have been dismissed from public office;

4. Those who have been listed as targets of joint punishment for breach of trust according to law;

5. Those who have not been lifted from party discipline, Political and disciplinary sanctions.

(2) Scope and objects

For specific positions and quotas, please refer to the "List of Positions and Requirements for Public Institutions to Introduce Urgently Needed High-level Talents to the Nation in 2020 in Anyue County" ( Please refer to the attachment for details), and the age shall be as recorded on the valid ID card. “35 years old and below” refers to those born after April 25, 1984 (exclusive), and “45 years old and below” refers to April 25, 1974 (exclusive). All majors and academic qualifications are recorded on the graduation certificate. Those who have returned from studying abroad need to go to the Overseas Study Service Center of the Ministry of Education to certify their academic qualifications and degrees. Applicants can log in to the "Academic Degree Certification Column" in the China Study Abroad Network () "Inquire about the relevant requirements and procedures for certification. The academic qualifications and professional title contained in the applicant's valid graduation certificate and degree certificate must be consistent with the academic qualifications, degrees, disciplines, majors and other qualifications required for the position applied for. Those who do not meet the application conditions should not apply, otherwise the application or employment will be cancelled. Qualifications and responsibility rest with the applicant.

Applicants must provide diplomas, degree certificates and other certificates or related certification materials with nationally recognized academic qualifications required for the recruitment position during the qualification review. Among them, master's and doctoral students who will graduate in 2020 should, in principle, obtain the diplomas, degree certificates and other certificates required for the positions they apply for before December 31, 2020; the specific time can be postponed appropriately according to the epidemic prevention and control situation. 2. Talent introduction procedures for public institutions

This talent introduction for public institutions is based on internal assessment. The specific procedures are as follows:

(1) Online registration. The registration period is from April 25, 2020 to 18:00 on April 29, 2020. (2) Preliminary review of qualifications. The preliminary qualification review and photo quality inspection will be from April 25, 2020 to 08:00 on April 30, 2020, and will be organized by the competent department of the talent introduction unit and the talent introduction unit. Applicants who pass the preliminary qualification review and photo quality inspection must log in to the registration website and follow the online prompts to print the "Registration Form" in triplicate. (3) Qualification review. The qualification review will be conducted before the assessment and selection, and will be jointly organized by the Anyue County Party Committee Organization Department, Anyue County Human Resources and Social Security Bureau, and the talent introduction unit ***. (4) Assessment, comparison and selection. The location, time, method and content of the assessment and selection will be notified later.

(5) Physical examination and inspection. The physical examination and inspection work are organized and implemented by the talent introduction unit and its superior department. The Anyue County Party Committee Organization Department and the Anyue County Human Resources and Social Security Bureau are responsible for guiding and supervising the physical examination and inspection work of the talent introduction unit. (6) Public announcement. Talents to be introduced who pass the physical examination and inspection will be publicized on the "Personnel Examination Column" of the Ziyang Municipal Human Resources and Social Security Bureau (/). The publicity period is 7 working days and they are subject to social supervision.

(7) Employment and benefits. After the publicity period expires and there is no objection, each talent introduction unit will handle the relevant introduction procedures according to the prescribed procedures (fresh graduates can only go through the formal introduction procedures after obtaining the relevant certificates). Recruited personnel should report to the hiring unit within the specified time. Those who fail to report within the time limit without the consent of the hiring unit will be deemed to have given up automatically, their qualifications for employment will be cancelled, and the vacancies will not be filled.

Public institutions adopt a probationary period for talents introduced, which lasts for 3 months. Those who pass the assessment at the end of the probationary period will be formally employed. Those who fail to pass the assessment during the probation period or at the end of the probation period will be disqualified from employment. The urgently needed talents introduced by the public institutions this time comply with the provisions of the "Interim Measures for the Introduction of High-level Talents in Anyue County" and will be included in the management of the high-level talent team in Anyue County according to procedures and enjoy living subsidies and housing subsidies. Among them, fully funded public institutions will provide living allowances of 1,000 yuan/month and 1,500 yuan/month for master's degree students (or associate senior professional titles) and doctoral students (or senior professional titles) respectively (the minimum service period is 5 years, starting from the introduction of (will be paid monthly starting from the next month); housing subsidies of 50,000 yuan and 100,000 yuan will be paid respectively (the minimum service period is 5 years, paid in 5 years). 3. Discipline and others
