Gypsum board partition method

Material preparation: board saw, electric scissors, electric self-drilling, electric toothless saw, hand electric drill, nail gun, electric welding machine, scraper, wire pendant, guiding rule, etc.

1. Mark the specific positions of walls and door openings for later construction.

2, gypsum board weight, specifications to meet the construction requirements.

3, before construction, to check all the pipeline layout related to the wall, to ensure that it will not interfere with the pipeline, in order to start the construction.

4. Install the keel to ensure that the width of gypsum board is consistent with the keel.

5. For the keel in the top and ground area, it can be fixed with nails, which is relatively firm, and the distance between each nail should be less than 60cm.

6. The vertical keel spacing can be set to about 40cm, and the wall spacing should be kept well. If the last one is larger than the set spacing, another reinforcing rib will be set, and the three at the door need to be strengthened with another keel.

7. When installing the main keel of gypsum board, you can insert the keel at the upper and lower ends with a spacing of 5mm, and then fix it on the vertical keel and pillar against the wall with nails with a spacing of not more than 90cm.
