Manufacturing strength

The main products of the group company adopted the industrial standard of JB/T5 102- 1999 coordinate gas cutting machine earlier (this standard is equivalent to ISO 8206-199/international standard), and 65,438% of the ex-factory products were tested according to the industrial standard, and all indicators of the ex-factory standard were required.

In terms of management system, it has taken the lead in passing ISO 100 12-2003 Metrology Management System Certification and ISO900 1:2000: 2000 Management Quality System Certification in the same industry, and implemented the "5S" management mode on site and strictly implemented it to ensure the process control of product quality.

In terms of production technology, the company introduced more than 30 sets of extra-large equipment, such as CNC gantry boring and milling machine, CNC floor boring and milling machine and CNC gantry planer, to ensure the technological control of the machining process; More than 250 sets of testing equipment, such as laser collimator and CMM, have been introduced successively, so as to check the products layer by layer and never let unqualified products flow into the next process, so that the qualified rate of products can reach 100% and the rate of excellent products can reach over 95%.

At present, the metalworking equipment of the group company mainly includes XK2430X 100-25X 15 CNC gantry milling machine, T69 16D/ 1000X40 CNC boring and milling machine of Qiqihar No.2 Machine Tool Plant, B2020//KLOC of Dongfang Machine Tool Plant and Shanghai Heavy Machine Tool Plant. More than 200 high-precision gear shapers and other numerical control processing equipment ensure the processing quality of special workpieces in our factory, and the process department ensures the processing quality of each working procedure.
