Can pharmacists in Zhongshan stay at home?

I would like to ask if the pharmacist's license for Zhongshan exam can be used at home. This pharmacist card can be used at home.

The qualification certificate of licensed pharmacist is universal in China. Licensed pharmacists shall implement the registration system, and pharmaceutical personnel who have obtained the qualification of licensed pharmacists shall, with the consent of the practicing unit, complete continuing education in accordance with the regulations, and go through the registration formalities at the provincial licensed pharmacist registration institution where the practicing unit is located.

A licensed pharmacist can only be licensed after obtaining the registered certificate of licensed pharmacist. Persons who hold the Qualification Certificate of Licensed Pharmacists without registration shall not engage in the practice of licensed pharmacists.
