1. Recruitment positions

2. Recruitment conditions

4. Qualification review

After registration begins, the information on the registration approval form filled out by the applicant will be initially reviewed in accordance with the application conditions. After the written examination, the qualifications of those who intend to be interviewed will be re-examined. 5. Examination

The examination takes the form of a written test and an interview, which mainly examines the political and professional qualities and abilities of the candidates to adapt to the position.

(1) Written test: The test content includes the Highway Law, Toll Highway Regulations, current affairs and politics, etc. The full score of the written test is 150 points. Please pay attention to the announcement on the website of Ningxia Highway Administration for the specific examination time and location. After the written test, the recruitment working group will draw the passing line for the written test based on the test results, and determine the interviewees according to the number of people in the written test and the number of people recruited for the position from high to low in a ratio of 1.2:1. (2) Interview: The candidate’s basic qualities and ability to adapt to the requirements of the paid position will be further examined. The full score of the interview is 100 points. The interview process follows the principles of openness, equality, competition, and merit selection, and adopts a question and answer method. The interview time is 5 minutes for each person. (3) The calculation method of the total test score is: total test score = (written test score ÷ 1.5) × 40 + interview score × 60.

6. Publicity

After the examination, the list of candidates to be hired will be determined in order of total scores from high to low and the recruitment quota, and 5 names will be publicized on the website of Ningxia Highway Administration Bureau working days. During the publicity period, if there are reports of people who do not meet the recruitment requirements, their qualifications will be cancelled, and the candidates will be filled in order from high scores to low scores.

7. Physical Examination

The physical examination will be carried out by each branch of the Ningxia Highway Administration Bureau. Personnel to be hired will be arranged to a designated hospital for a physical examination, which will be carried out in accordance with relevant national standards. Those who fail the physical examination or give up the physical examination will be disqualified from applying. Those who take the examination for this position will be filled in order from the highest score to the lowest score. The physical examination fee will be borne by the applicant.

8. Recruitment

(1) Determine the list of employees based on test scores, announcements, and physical examination results. The Ningxia Highway Administration will conduct pre-job training and arrange job positions. If any disciplinary violations are discovered during the training, the employment qualification will be cancelled.

(2) The probation period for newly hired personnel is two months (probation period salary is 1,500 yuan/month). After the probation period expires and passes the assessment, each branch of Ningxia Highway Administration will formally sign a labor contract.
