I. Historical development

In 2000, Anhui Xinhua Vocational College was founded by Anhui Xinhua Group Investment Co., Ltd. In May 2005, the school was upgraded to an ordinary undergraduate college with the approval of the Ministry of Education and renamed Anhui Xinhua College.

From June 5438 to February 2005, the Party Committee of Anhui Xinhua College was formally established, becoming the first private university in Anhui Province to set up a Party Committee. In 2009, it successfully passed the evaluation of the right to award bachelor's degree and became the first private undergraduate university in Anhui Province to obtain the right to award bachelor's degree.
