How does the company recruit interns? What's your attitude towards interns?

According to the recruitment of our company and my previous experience in finding interns to answer this question, there are generally two ways to recruit interns:

Mode 1: School-enterprise cooperation

The company has established a school-enterprise cooperation relationship with a university in Chengdu. When a department of the company puts forward a recruitment demand, it will push the relevant information to the docking person in the university. In colleges and universities, these responsible persons pass this information on to fresh graduates of related majors and collect resumes of students who are willing. Then the person in charge of the school sends the resume to the human resources personnel of the enterprise. Finally, the business department screened out suitable resumes and informed relevant students to participate in the interview.

The whole process is roughly like this. Therefore, we college students should pay attention to maintaining good interpersonal relationships with counselors, professional teachers and employment center teachers and let them know this information.

Method 2: Recruitment website recruitment

After graduation, I found an internship on the recruitment website. Looking for recruitment information on such websites is an intern's position, and you can submit relevant resumes. If the company is satisfied with the resume received, it will inform the interview.

When submitting this resume, you should write down the job requirements in a targeted manner to make it more in line with the job requirements, so that you have a better chance of interview.

Every company has a good attitude towards interns. Although an intern, the job content is the same as that of a regular employee. And there will be relevant training at work. And after the internship, if there are full-time places, the company will give priority to interns. Even if you don't have a full-time job, you should seek the help of your colleagues and recommend you to interview in other companies.
