It is listed in the Pharmacopoeia of China, America and Japan, so it is called "the king of oil". China is one of the largest countries in sesame planting and production, and its output ranks first in the world. Sesame oil plays a very important role in people's daily life.

Recently, Anhui Consumer Protection Committee will announce the quality comparison test of sesame oil. Among the 54 brands of sesame oil tested this time, five brands of sesame oil, namely Maixiangyuan, Yishengxiang, Bainian Chushi, Zhangjiapo and Xiya Kitchen, failed to meet the standards.

In order to guide consumers to choose safe and healthy sesame oil, Anhui Consumer Protection Committee carried out a series of activities of sesame oil consumption survey and sesame oil quality comparison test from September 20 18 to February 2065 438+08.

According to the survey of sesame oil consumption, the staff of Anhui Consumer Protection Committee bought 54 brands of sesame oil as consumers through shopping malls, supermarkets, farmers' markets and online e-commerce platforms, including domestic brand 5 1 and imported brand 3. The brands cover Zhuang Yan, Lee Kum Kee, Lu Hua, Taitai Le, Fulinmen, Hu Yumei, Arowana and so on.

This test is mainly based on the National Consumers Association's Work Specification for Comparative Testing (Trial), GB/T 16759-2008 General Rules for Comparative Testing of Consumer Goods and Related Services, GB7718-201KLOC-0/General Rules for Labeling of National Food Safety Standards in prepackaged foods. T8233-20 18 Sesame oil and other national laws, regulations and standards relate to the product label, fatty acid composition, acid value, peroxide value, aflatoxin B 1, benzo [α] pyrene, sesamin, sesamin and vitamin E. This test result is only responsible for this test sample.

In particular, the new national standard GB/T 8233-20 18 sesame oil was implemented on February 20 18. In order to help consumers better understand the quality of sesame oil, this report analyzes and compares the two versions of the standard 2008 and 20 18.

From the purchase channel, the test results of five brands of sesame oil purchased on the online platform all reached the standard; Of the 40 brands of sesame oil purchased in Shang Chao, 37 brands meet the standard, with a compliance rate of 92.5%. Among the six brands of sesame oil purchased by Bazaar, four brands meet the standard, with a compliance rate of 66.67%.

In this comparative test of sesame oil, 1 1 brand sesame oil got five stars (high quality), namely: Longxi brand a little fragrant oil, Arowana brand pure sesame oil, Jiugui brand Luzhou-flavor oil (made in Japan), Zhuang Yan brand sesame oil, Fulinmen brand first-class ground sesame oil, Luhua brand sesame oil, Cui Zi brand black sesame oil and Delong.

In this test, there are some problems in the acid price of Chu Shi, Hu Zhenxing and Fuweixiang.

Centennial Chu's 100% pure sesame oil (label grade: Grade 1; Manufacturer: Shangqiu Zhu Shi Food Co., Ltd., production date: 2017.1.16) The acid value test result is 2.5mg/g, which does not meet the requirements of GB/T8233-2008 standard and meets GB/T 8233.

Hu Zhenxing Black Sesame Oil (origin: Singapore, production date: 20 18.0 1.03) and Fuweixiang Black Sesame Oil (label grade: Grade II, manufacturer: Shanghai Fuweixiang Grease Food Co., Ltd., production date: 201.60).

In the sesame oil of this comparative test, benzo [α] pyrene of 5 1 brand sesame oil meets the national standard, but benzo [α] pyrene was detected in the sesame oil samples of 15 group, and the values of both groups were ≥2.0μg/kg. Benzo [α] pyrene is recognized as a strong carcinogen. Because of its strong lipophilic nature, oil is often reported as one of the main sources of benzo [α] pyrene in food. The main ways of its production are: the pollution of benzo [α] pyrene in air or soil during the growth and drying of oil; Oilseeds are produced in the process of frying seeds at high temperature; It is produced in the process of heating and desolventizing in oil exploitation. Therefore, in recent years, it has attracted more and more attention from countries and researchers all over the world. The maximum residue limit of benzo [α] pyrene in edible oil is 2 μg/kg in EU document 629/2008 and 10 μg/kg in China's GB27 16-2005 Hygienic Standard for Edible Vegetable Oil.

The test results also show that there are great differences in vitamin E, sesamin and sesamin in different sesame oils.

Anhui Consumer Protection Committee said that the unqualified samples found in this test will be handed over to the relevant administrative departments for handling.
