All disabled students in Guiyang registered high school (secondary vocational school) or above, children with disabilities in preschool education in poor families, and children with disabilities in preschool and high school (secondary vocational school) or above in poor families can enter school on September 20 every year.

At the same time, Guizhou Disabled Persons' Federation is also implementing the Sunshine Aid Program for Freshmen of Dream University and Inspirational Disabled University. Eligible college and undergraduate disabled freshmen can apply for a one-time subsidy of 2000 yuan to the township (or community) Disabled Persons' Federation after receiving the admission notice.
