Demand for Postgraduates with Imported Talents in Xiangxi Autonomous Prefecture of Hunan Province in 2023

Graduate students refer to full-time and part-time graduate students who have passed the national unified recruitment since 20 17 according to the Notice on Doing a Good Job in the Overall Management of Full-time and Part-time Graduate Students issued by the General Office of the Ministry of Education (No.2 issued by the Ministry of Education [2016]).

For jobs introduced by fresh graduates in 2023, applicants must be students who have passed the national unified college entrance examination or postgraduate entrance examination, studied in domestic ordinary colleges or scientific research institutions that undertake postgraduate education tasks, and kept their files in this institution (or scientific research institution) during their studies, and graduated before July 3, 2023. Fresh graduates who have obtained academic qualifications (degrees) abroad from August 1 day in 2022 to July 3 1 day in 2023, but their work units have not been implemented, can apply for the positions introduced for fresh graduates in 2023.

Persons under any of the following circumstances shall not participate in the registration:

(1) Persons who have received criminal punishment for crimes or have been dismissed from public office;

(2) Persons who have not been disciplined by Party discipline or political discipline or are under investigation;

(3) Persons suspected of violating the law and committing crimes who are under judicial investigation and have not yet reached a conclusion;

(4) Persons who are found to have serious violations of discipline such as fraud in the recruitment of civil servants or institutions at all levels and are still in the prohibition period;

(5) Persons who are listed as joint disciplinary targets for dishonesty according to law;

(6) Servicemen;

(7) Persons who have obtained the minimum education and are now studying full-time education (there is no limit to fresh graduates in 2023);

(eight) directional training, and in accordance with the provisions of the directional work unit service expires;

(nine) staff of organs, institutions and state-owned enterprises at all levels in western Hunan;

(ten) personnel who have not completed their duties according to the contract for the introduction of high-level talents in Xiangxi in the past five years;

(eleven) other circumstances in which the laws and policies stipulate that the staff of public institutions shall not be employed.
