Quality standard of installation pit

The dislocation length of upper and lower paper is ≤1.0mm. ..

Short pit length: l ≤ 3.0mm.

Crossing the pit: it is not allowed at the edge of the mouth and the track gauge, and it is allowed to exceed the length at other positions: l ≤ 5.0 mm

Decals: not allowed in the front view, no more than two points in the non-front view, with a point diameter ≤2.0MM or a length ≤ 3.0 mm, and no text or pattern marks.

Bubble (pit collapse): the front view is not allowed, and the diameter of non-front view points is ≤2.0MM, and no more than two points are concentrated (gently bend the diagonal corners of both ends of the product by hand, 45cm away from the product, and observe the surface at zero angle under normal illumination).

Surface stains: not allowed on the main viewing surface, L≤3.0MM on the non-main viewing surface, with more than 3 spots, not allowed on the text and pattern marks.

Mounting fastness: firm, adhesive-free, and adhesive-free (the backing paper and paper towel are torn by hand, and then they stick together and tear/rot the surface).

Paper does not match, pit paper does not match, wrinkled paper and upside down are not allowed.
