Blankets are classified from four aspects: appearance defects, physical indicators, dyeing fastness and physical quality.

① Appearance defects: The appearance defects of the blanket mainly include yarn defects, weaving defects and dyeing and finishing defects, and the defects in the blanket are classified according to the obvious degree.

② Physical indicators: The physical indicators of the blanket mainly include length, width, strip weight, breaking strength and elongation, shrinkage, oil content and depilation rate. The grade of physical indicators is evaluated by the tolerance range specified in the test results;

(3) Dyeing fastness: According to the test specified by the state, the carpet is tested for light fastness and washing fastness. Evaluate the dyeing fastness grade according to the test results. Compare the difference between the test results and the specified grade of the index, and evaluate the dyeing fastness grade of the blanket;

④ Physical quality: The physical quality of the blanket is evaluated from four aspects: surface, feel and luster, and edge of the blanket.

Blanket surface: the fluff should be plump, neat, not exposed and unhairing, and the waterline should have a strong sense of waves and undercoat.

Feel: the blanket should be thick, soft, bony and elastic.

Gloss: the luster should be natural and soft (full of fat), with bright colors and no sense of obsolescence.

Blanket edge: color matching should be coordinated, straight and tidy, without broken or bent edges.

The evaluation method of physical fitness is to compare standard samples to score. What meets the requirements is excellent products. The basic conformity is first-class, the obvious difference is second-class, the serious difference is third-class, and those below third-class are unqualified.

After rating the appearance defects, physical indicators, dyeing fastness and physical quality, the lowest item is the quality grade of the blanket.
