I. Application conditions

(3) Recruitment target: unlimited.

(2) Matters needing attention in registration

2. (2) Examination procedures
The examination procedure is divided into two parts: trial lecture and interview:

3. Comprehensive score calculation method:
The perfect score is 100, and the percentage system is adopted.
Calculation method of comprehensive score of application position: trial lecture score ×50%+ interview score ×50%.
Fourth, physical examination and investigation
After the examination, according to the comprehensive scores of candidates, the medical examiners will be determined from high to low according to the ratio of the number of recruitment positions 1: 1, and the medical examination standards will be implemented with reference to the General Standard for Civil Servants' Physical Examination.
After passing the physical examination, the school organizes an investigation, focusing on its ideological and political performance, moral quality, relevant business ability and work performance according to the post requirements and post conditions.
When there is a vacancy due to unqualified inspection, the candidates will be replenished from high score to low score in turn, and physical examination and inspection will be organized.
V. Publicity and employment
According to the results of examination, physical examination and investigation, the school determines the list of personnel to be hired and publishes it on the website of Changzhou Human Resources and Social Security Bureau for 7 working days.
For those who have no objection to the publicity, the recruiting unit shall go through the relevant formalities, sign an employment contract for more than 3 years, and stipulate the probation period (probation period for initial employment 12 months, probation period for other personnel is 6 months).
Those who pass the examination after the probation period are formally employed; Those who fail the examination will be disqualified and the employment contract will be terminated.
Unless the employment contract is terminated in accordance with the provisions of laws and regulations, the service time of the proposed employee in the employer shall not be less than 3 years (including the probation period), and the employee shall not be transferred to other units during the service period.
If the employed social worker has signed a labor (employment) contract or agreement with the original work unit, I and the original unit shall terminate the relationship through consultation in accordance with the relevant provisions.
If the post to be hired is vacant due to reasons such as the medical examination or inspection does not meet the requirements, the publicity result of the candidate to be hired affects the employment, and the candidate to be hired explicitly abandons the employment, the qualified personnel of the post will be replenished in turn according to the comprehensive score from high score to low score.
After the employment approval is completed, it will not be replenished.
