How to treat bank recruitment into interview

1, semi-structured interview

Semi-structured interviews will be more flexible and the questions for everyone will be different. Therefore, the examiner asks questions to learn more about the candidates, but not to test the authenticity of the candidates' answers.
Semi-structured interviews need to be prepared: self-introduction, self-experience, personality hobbies, job hunting intentions, and some practical work ability tests.
2, no leading group interview
The interview without a leading group is actually a group of 6-9 candidates who enter the examination room at the same time. The first stage: the examiner prepares the same material for the candidates, and the candidates first express their opinions one by one. There must be differences and disagreements among the candidates in the group. The second stage: the candidates discuss in the group, and finally the whole group is required to form a unified opinion. The third stage: generally, one person in the group will be asked to make a summary.
In the whole interview stage without a leading group, the examiner will observe every candidate, from the basic manners to the manners and logical thinking in communication, which will be the elements of the examiner's test.
