2. Recruit "official" thinking
Some HR think that they are at the peak of their lives in this position, and their self-confidence is inflated, bossing the interviewer around. But on the other hand, maybe there is inferiority behind the pretense, because there is no real ability, and it makes sense to show your strength in other ways.
3.HR's own assumptions
Why do you say that? Because many HR people pretend that the company behind them is very strong, HR itself will put itself into a strong camp, which is really none of his business. This created an illusion for herself. It seems that the company is more awesome and she is more awesome. Actually, I just pretend to deceive myself.
4. There is no connotation in itself.

In fact, for this kind of HR, we don't have to compromise ourselves, weigh the pros and cons, and finally make a choice. Human resources represent the image of a company. If it really brings you some emotional discomfort, there is no need to waste time with him. After all, there are still good HR in the world.
At the same time, talking with HR during the interview can also find many clues and information, which can let us judge the basic situation of this company and bring us some enlightenment on whether to choose and accept this job.
The interview is arrogant and likes to suppress and belittle.
If you meet an HR who holds his head high, the whole interview is suppressed and belittled. It is not recommended to join such a company, because once HR is arrogant, it will be problematic to highlight the corporate atmosphere.
Of course, some HR interviews like to use stress interview to evaluate the interviewer's ability to withstand pressure, but not all positions are suitable. In addition, stress interview should also maintain mutual respect, not malicious suppression.
And generally speaking, stress interview is just a link, often interspersed in the interview process, not the whole interview. If this HR holds his head high during the whole interview, it is not as simple as stress interview, which may be due to his personal attributes.

2. Ask some vague professional questions and know nothing.
Neither of the above situations bodes well for the interviewer. The first one shows that the requirements of enterprises for HR are not high, so the management of enterprises has not been greatly improved. Second, the enterprise itself has problems and it is not recommended to choose.
3. The speech routine is full and the posture is high.
Some HR and interviewers are employees of the company, but they always feel superior. This situation shows that HR does not attach importance to job seekers, which is actually a reflection of the low demand for talents by enterprises.
For enterprises with low demand for talents, the post-employment treatment and attention will not be high.
