2. No feeding at the feeding position

There are several situations to check:

(1) Is there nothing in the hopper? If it is, it needs to be fed quickly.

(2) If not, please check whether the control contactor of the hoist is powered on. If it is electrified, check whether the motor is electrified and loaded as soon as possible, because this situation is likely caused by the bottle blank (embryo) being stuck on the lifting belt. At this time, the simplest method is to manually help the lifting.

(3) If the control contactor of the hoist is not energized, please check whether the electric eye for bottle embryo detection is not in a straight line with the reflector.

3. The bottle cannot be taken out of the mold after blowing.

First, you have to open the mold and open and close it manually. If it is normal, it runs in the idle running state, if it is normal. Please check your exhaust time setting. If the exhaust setting is normal and every bottle blowing fails, then it can be judged that it is a problem with the exhaust valve. Please open the exhaust valve and check its spring and sealing condition (another phenomenon of this fault is loud exhaust sound or unclean sound).

If many molds are produced normally and can't be opened occasionally, please check whether the locking pin is broken or not, and check whether the locking force is too large. If it is too large, it should be readjusted according to the standard.

4. Two manipulators collided.

This situation requires manual reset of the manipulator, which is caused by dislocation.

The maintenance of bottle blowing machine is divided into four points: cleaning, lubrication, spot inspection and fastening. It is important to remember that the machine must be turned off before maintenance. Then carry out maintenance, in which cleaning and spot check are necessary for each shift and belong to daily maintenance, while parts lubrication is recommended once a week and screws can be tightened once a month. Specific maintenance measures are as follows:

1. Before starting the plastic bottle blowing machine in each shift, all moving parts must be lubricated once. (manipulator, manipulator guide rail, mold opening and closing guide rail)

2. Swing arms can be added once every (3-4) days. The big chain and the small chain of the heater can be used once a month. Always check whether the main engine reducer and heater reducer are short of oil. The main engine bearing can be added once every 2-3 months.

3. Before consumption, check whether the moving parts are firm, whether the screws are loose and scattered, especially in the center with strong impact, and whether the belt drive is locally abnormal.

4. Check whether the high-pressure gas source, low-pressure gas source, power supply and water source are normal.

5, check the emergency stop switch, exit switch, maintenance and installation test switch can be normal.

6, check the heating head into the embryo, embryo down local work can be normal. If the blank is not inserted in place, the press mounting nut can be adjusted.

7. Check whether the lamp tube is damaged or broken. Change in time.

8, check whether the pneumatic components can leak, action can be flexible.

9. Check whether the tee can leak abnormally, whether it can be blocked, and whether the water storage capacity of the cup can be too full.

10, when the electromagnetic valve of plastic bottle blowing machine is abnormal, it should be cleaned in time.

12. When turning on the switch of the upper and lower air pressure sources, move slowly to prevent dust from blowing into the solenoid valve when the air velocity is too fast. At the same time, open the exhaust valve for 30 seconds to ensure clean air.
