Shijiazhuang City Minimum Wage Standard 2023:

1. The monthly minimum wage standard in Shijiazhuang Urban Area (excluding Jingxing Mining Area) and Zhengding County is 2,200 yuan, and the hourly minimum wage standard is 22 yuan ;

2. The monthly minimum wage standard in Jinzhou City, Xinle City, and Xingtang County is 2,000 yuan, and the hourly minimum wage standard is 20 yuan;

3. Jingxing Mining District, Jingxing The monthly minimum wage standard for counties, Gaoyi County, Shenze County, Wuji County, Pingshan County, Yuanshi County, Zhao County, Lingshou County, and Zanhuang County is 1,800 yuan, and the hourly minimum wage standard is 18 yuan.

The following items are not part of the minimum wage and shall be paid separately by the employer in accordance with regulations:

Shanxi Province Minimum Wage Standard:

The monthly minimum wage standard for full-time employees in Shanxi is adjusted to 1,980 yuan for the first category, 1,880 yuan for the second category, and 1,780 yuan for the third category. The hourly minimum wage standards for full-time employees are 11.4 yuan for the first category, 10.8 yuan for the second category, and 10.2 yuan for the third category; the hourly minimum wage standards for part-time employees are 21.3 yuan for the first category, 20.2 yuan for the second category, and 19.1 yuan for the third category.
