(3) Qualification examination and on-site confirmation

1. Applicants can only choose one position to register. Third, the content, time and place of the exam

(1) Written examination

The written test subject is comprehensive knowledge. Examination time limit 120 minutes. The total written test score is 100, with one decimal place reserved, and the written test score accounts for 50% of the total score.

2. Time and place of written examination

The time and place of written examination shall be subject to the admission ticket. Candidates take the test according to the written test time and place determined on the admission ticket. When taking the exam, candidates must bring both the admission ticket and the second-generation ID card. Candidates who lack one of the two certificates are not allowed to take the exam.

3. Results query

After the written test results are published, they will be published on Jinzhong Party Construction Network and Jinzhong Human Resources and Social Security Bureau Network. Candidates should pay attention to the inquiry.

(2) Qualification examination and interview

1, the interviewer confirms.

According to the order of written test scores from high to low, the interview candidates are determined according to the proportion of three times the planned number of employees. Those with the lowest written test scores will all enter the interview.

2. Qualification examination

The recruitment unit shall examine the qualifications of the candidates who enter the interview.

20 17 fresh graduates should provide the original and photocopy of relevant certificates (certificates) such as academic qualifications, professional certificates and ID cards issued by the graduation institutions; Other personnel shall provide the originals and photocopies of their ID cards, academic certificates, degree certificates and other relevant certificates required for applying for positions. Those who have been hired must also issue a certificate that the unit agrees to apply for the exam.

If the certificate (certificate) is incomplete or the certificate (certificate) provided is inconsistent with the qualification requirements of the position to be applied for, and the main information is untrue, which will affect the qualification examination, the applicant will be disqualified from participating in the interview. Candidates who fail to attend the qualification review at the specified time and place are deemed to have given up the interview automatically.

Before the start of the qualification review, if those who have obtained the interview qualification review confirm that they will not participate in the qualification review or are unqualified in the qualification review, the interviewees will be replenished from high score to low score according to the ratio of 3: 1.

The five positions of intelligent management, stage lighting, stage sound, stage technology and broadcasting host are structured interviews.

After the interview, according to the number of people employed in the position plan, the candidates for medical examination will be determined according to the total test score (total test score = written test score ×50%+ interview score ×50%, with two decimal places reserved), from high score to low score. The final total score is tied, and the physical examination personnel are determined according to the interview results from high to low. If the interview results are tied again, the leading group of the recruiting unit will study and decide to add the test.

If the ratio of the number of people participating in the interview to the number of people to be hired is less than 3: 1, candidates must score 70 points or more in the interview before entering the physical examination.

Fourth, physical examination and investigation

The physical examination shall be carried out in accordance with the Notice of Ministry of Human Resources and Social Security, the Health and Family Planning Commission and the National Civil Service Bureau (Ministry of Human Resources and Social Security Fa [20 16] 140). The specific time will be notified to the candidates by the recruiting unit. If the applicant has any objection to the results of the physical examination, I can submit a written re-examination application within 3 working days after receiving the notice of the conclusion of the physical examination, and organize a re-examination after being approved by the recruitment leading group. The second interview is only conducted once, and the physical examination results shall be subject to the conclusion of the second interview.

Those who pass the physical examination are determined as the assessment objects. The assessment is organized and implemented by the recruiting unit, mainly to assess their ideological and political performance, moral quality, professional ability, work performance, proposed post qualifications, etc. And review the authenticity of the information provided by the applicant and personal files. Those who pass the exam are determined to be candidates.

If the candidates fail the physical examination and assessment or voluntarily give up (the candidates themselves must write a written report), the vacant positions can be filled in turn according to the total score after confirmation by the unit.
