Piece-rate charges
1. If there is no property relationship involved, the basic charging standard is 5,000 yuan per piece, with a maximum increase of 50% and a decrease of 50%. No limit. 2. If property relations are involved, charges will be accumulated in proportion to the amount of the subject matter of the lawsuit (dispute). (1) The charge ratio for the part below 100,000 yuan (including 100,000 yuan) is 5%, and each item with a charge amount less than 2,000 yuan is charged 2,000 yuan (2) The part between 100,000 yuan and 500,000 yuan (including 500,000 yuan) is 4% (3) The portion from RMB 500,000 to RMB 1 million (including RMB 1 million) is 3% (4) The portion from RMB 1 million to RMB 5 million (including RMB 5 million) is 2% (5) RMB 5 million The portion up to and including RMB 10 million is 1% (6) The portion above RMB 10 million is subject to a maximum of no more than 0.5%.
If the case involves both property and non-property relationships, the higher fee will be used.

Article 40 Lawyers shall not engage in the following conduct in their professional activities: (1) Accepting commissions, collecting fees privately, or accepting property or other benefits from clients; (2) Taking advantage of the convenience of providing legal services for profit The rights and interests disputed by the parties; (3) Accepting property or other benefits from the other party, maliciously colluding with the other party or a third party, and infringing upon the rights and interests of the client; (4) Violating regulations to meet with judges, prosecutors, arbitrators and other related work Personnel; (5) Offering bribes to judges, prosecutors, arbitrators and other relevant staff, introducing bribes or instigating or inducing parties to pay bribes, or using other improper means to influence judges, prosecutors, arbitrators and other relevant staff to handle matters in accordance with the law case; (6) Deliberately providing false evidence or threatening or inducing others to provide false evidence, hindering the other party from legally obtaining evidence; (7) Inciting and instigating the parties to adopt illegal means such as disrupting public order and endangering public safety. Disputes; (8) Disrupting the order of courts and arbitration tribunals and interfering with the normal conduct of litigation and arbitration activities.
