Changing careers at the age of 32 is likely to determine the direction of my career development.

during this period, I went back to my hometown. In the process of contact with relatives and friends, I mentioned that I wanted to change careers and become a teacher. I was surprised to learn that my relatives' friends are junior high school math teachers in a middle school and are also excellent teachers in the country. It's true that once you want to do something, the whole world will come to help you.

So, I quickly contacted this senior teacher Zhu to learn more about my real teaching career. back in Changsha, I began to collect information non-stop. Every region is recruiting teachers, but most of me are not qualified to apply for the exam, because almost all of them need at least one year's teaching experience, but Changsha County does not need teaching experience.

My first teacher application started with applying for the teacher establishment in Changsha County. Because there is no junior high school mathematics post in the city, I applied for primary school mathematics, and I started to review after applying for it, with only 1 days to prepare. Fortunately, we only need to test the subject knowledge, but there is no designated scope at all, so we can only review all the mathematics knowledge from primary school to university. After that, I will take the time to watch the course and do the topic, take the time to nurse and take care of the baby, and take the time to do the real test. The results of the last two days are only more than 5 points.

on the day of the exam, I don't know where I got my confidence at that time, but I still walked into the examination room calmly. After the exam, everyone generally felt very difficult. To select 2 candidates from more than 1,6 primary school mathematics candidates to enter the interview, of course, it is necessary to use difficult problems to open the distinction.

I expected the test result to be 55 points, but I had to get 61 points to enter the interview, so I lost my only chance to compile the exam this year. However, when I saw the results of entering the next round of the list, I knew very well that if I took the exam again next year, I would definitely be able to pass the exam.

since this year's examination failed, let's start by hiring teachers. After sending resumes to several good schools, I haven't received any news. So I took the initiative to call a favorite school to ask about the situation. As a result, they said that the first round of recruitment in the school had ended.

why didn't I receive the written notice? Later, I learned that there are many schools, and my resume failed at the first time. I am not a normal major and have no relevant teaching experience, which is my achilles heel.

In the process of preparing for the job application, I am also writing teaching plans and exercises for junior high school mathematics and primary school mathematics. My goal is obviously junior high school, so why should I prepare for primary school mathematics? Because in the process of submitting my resume, I found that there are far more mathematics teaching posts in primary schools than in junior high schools.

The most important thing for me now is to enter the education industry. Once I enter this industry and understand the rules of this industry, I am 1% confident that I can do well.

The first school I went to was a good local primary school. I successfully passed the written test and entered the interview, followed by preparing lessons and giving a trial lecture. The next two schools are good local primary schools, and the overall situation is similar. They talked well with the teachers during the interview, but the results of the trial were not satisfactory. When I left, the teacher of a school gave me a suggestion about writing on the blackboard, which made me deeply realize that mathematics is a very precise subject, and writing must not be arbitrary, otherwise it would probably mislead the children.

As for the fifth school I went to, I went to a college to take a written test. I haven't heard from this school yet, but it's far from home, so I won't consider it later.

The sixth school is an ordinary primary school, which prepares its own teaching contents. Isn't that what I am good at? It's like writing, directing and acting. A teaching video about trying to tell me that I have studied three subjects, revised it and practiced it dozens of times. After the trial, I knew that I could get the OFFER, and the result was really obtained.

I wanted to have a better choice, so I went to the seventh school, a very good local private school. At that time, an interviewer was the principal. After listening to my experience, the principal thought that I was very suitable to be a computer teacher. It happened that there was a job demand in the school that was not openly recruited, so I became a junior high school computer teacher.

On the one hand, computers are not as stressful as mathematics, and on the other hand, they are more compatible with my IT working experience for so many years, which is really a good choice.

if you ask me, will I change careers and become a math teacher? I'm not sure about this. I'll become a people's teacher first. As for what to teach, I think it's far more important to bring positive influence to children's lives than knowledge itself.
