Gao Guiting’s biography

From May 1974 to June 1975, he served as a teacher at the No. 3 Middle School in Guangrao County;

From June 1975 to September 1978, he served as deputy secretary of the Youth League Committee of Youguo Commune in Guangrao County Secretary;

Study at Shandong Provincial Public Security College from September 1978 to November 1980 (Study at the Central Police Academy from February 1980 to November 1980);

From November 1980 to September 1984, he served as a teacher in the Business Teaching and Research Section of the Shandong Provincial Police Academy;

From September 1984 to July 1986, he served as a student in the Chinese Department of the Chinese People’s Police University;

From July 1986 to March 1987, he served as a teacher in the Public Security Management Department of Shandong Provincial Public Security College;

From March 1987 to December 1991, he served as deputy section chief of the Public Security Department of Shandong Provincial Public Security College Level cadre and deputy director of the Security Teaching and Research Office;

From December 1991 to May 1994, he served as deputy director of the Public Security Department and director of the Internal Security Research Office of Shandong Provincial Public Security College;

1994 From May 2001 to May 1997, he served as director of the Public Security Department of Shandong Provincial Public Security College (deputy county level); from May 1997 to March 2001, he served as deputy director and party committee member of the Dongying Municipal Public Security Bureau Member;

In February 2001, he served as director of the Legal Affairs Department of the Shandong Provincial Public Security Department.

From September 2007 to June 2010, he served as Secretary of the Party Committee and Director of the Binhai Public Security Bureau of Shandong Province and the First Political Commissar of the Dongying Municipal Public Security Bureau.

Since June 2010, he has served as deputy inspector of the Shandong Provincial Public Security Department, party secretary and director of the Binhai Public Security Bureau, and first political commissar of the Dongying Municipal Public Security Bureau.

On April 11, 2013, the Shandong Provincial People's Government decided to appoint Gao Guiting as the captain of the Exit-Entry Management Team of the Shandong Provincial Public Security Department (Director of the Exit-Entry Administration, deputy department level, with a one-year probationary period). Removed: Gao Guiting from his post as deputy inspector of the Shandong Provincial Public Security Department.
