The full name of Huajin Group is North Huajin Chemical Industry Group Co., Ltd., which is a subsidiary group of China Ordnance Industry Group Corporation and a platform for the development of integration of defense and civilian technologies-type petrochemical and fine chemical industry. Its headquarters is located in Panjin City, Liaoning Province. The company has Liaoning Huajin Tongda Chemical Co., Ltd., Panjin North Asphalt Co., Ltd. and other enterprises, and has three production bases in Panjin, Huludao and Kuqa, Liaoning.
