Changzhou taxi business model, * * * has four categories:

First, implement corporate management. The ownership and management rights of such vehicles are owned by the company, and all the expenses before the vehicle operation are borne by the company. The company signs labor contracts with drivers to establish labor relations.

Second, it is a one-time full contract. The right to operate such vehicles is approved by the government or auctioned to the company. All expenses before operation shall be borne by the contractor (driver), and the company will charge the contractor (driver) management service fee after operation.

Third, the implementation of entrusted management. This kind of vehicle is recognized by the government as its individual nature. Under this premise, the name of the original self-employed household will be changed to the name of the company, which will entrust the management.

Fourth, it is purely self-employed. These vehicles were approved by the Administration before 1996.
