Shangqiu Minimum Wage Standard 2022

2. The minimum hourly wage standard for part-time work is adjusted to 22 yuan, 20 yuan and 18 yuan. According to the level of economic and social development of counties (cities, districts) under their jurisdiction, each district and city chooses to determine the local minimum wage standard to be published and reported to the Provincial Department of Human Resources and Social Security for the record.
Provisions on the minimum wage are as follows:
1, the minimum wage refers to the minimum amount of labor remuneration paid by the employer or the employer on the premise that the employee provides normal labor within the legal working hours;
2, the minimum wage generally does not include overtime pay, special working environment, allowances under special conditions, nor does it include insurance, welfare benefits and various non-monetary income of workers. The minimum wage should be paid on time in legal tender, which is generally formulated by a country or region through legislation. In foreign countries, in addition to the government can set the minimum wage standard, organizations in certain industries can also set the minimum wage standard in their own industries;
The minimum wage can be determined by monthly salary or hourly salary. The establishment of the minimum wage reflects the protection of workers' rights and interests by regulatory agencies. In foreign countries, the minimum wage is the legal intervention of the government in the labor market.
Legal basis: Article 72 of People's Republic of China (PRC) Labor Contract Law.
The hourly wage standard for part-time employment shall not be lower than the minimum hourly wage standard stipulated by the local people's government of the employer.
The settlement and payment period of labor remuneration for part-time employees shall not exceed fifteen days at the longest.
