1. Recruitment conditions

IV. Examination Method
1. The examination is divided into written examination and interview defense (preschool teacher skills test).
2. Written test (full score: 100 points). Candidates for the interview will be determined based on scores that are three times the required plan for the position, from high to low.
3. Interview defense (out of 100 points), 10 minutes, on-site drawing of lots for the defense. The content of the preschool teacher interview is divided into Mandarin (storytelling by drawing lots) 20 points, self-playing and singing 20 points, piano (drawing lots) 20 points, dancing (drawing lots) 20 points, and painting (10 minutes) 20 points.
4. The scores are summarized using a hundred-point system, of which the written test accounts for 50 points and the interview and defense account for 50 points. Written test scores, interview defense scores and total scores are calculated to two decimal places, and the remainder is rounded off.

6. Admission method
According to the plan required by the position, applicants with high scores to low scores will be admitted in equal amounts at one time. Those who fail the interview and defense will not be hired.
VII. Physical Examination
Divided into disciplines and majors, from high scores to low scores, students will participate in the physical examination at a ratio of 1:1. Those who fail the physical examination will not be hired and will be listed next. Personnel are replaced one after another.
8. Recruitment
The probation period for hired personnel is one year. After the probationary period, only those who pass the assessment can be hired. Once hired, you will enjoy all the benefits stipulated by the state. During the probation period, those who fail the assessment will be disqualified from employment.
