In order to implement the education priority development strategy, further strengthen the construction of the city's teacher team, rationally allocate teacher resources, and promote the development of education , with the approval of the Municipal Party Committee and the Municipal Government, it has been decided to recruit 152 teachers from the public. The relevant matters are now announced as follows:
1. Registration conditions and targets
(1) Love education , obey the laws and regulations, have good conduct and good health.
(2) The age of teachers who are under 28 years old (born after July 1, 1983), who have obtained a master's degree, and who were employed by Mingguang City public schools before December 31, 2008 is relaxed to 35 years old (born after July 1, 1976).
(3) Obtain the corresponding teacher qualification certificate. Those who apply for vocational high school teaching positions but have not yet obtained a teaching qualification certificate must obtain a teaching qualification certificate within 2 years after being hired, otherwise they will be dismissed.
(4) Academic requirements.
1. Candidates for high school teacher positions should obtain a bachelor's degree or above from a general university.
2. Applicants for junior high school teacher positions should obtain a diploma from a normal university with a junior college degree or above or a non-teacher degree from a normal university with a bachelor's degree or above.
3. Applicants for primary school teacher positions should obtain a diploma from a general college or above with a college degree or above or a diploma from a national education series with a bachelor’s degree or above.
4. Candidates for kindergarten teacher positions should obtain a diploma or above in a normal college or university specializing in preschool education.

2. Recruitment Procedures
(1) Announcement (12 days from June 22 to July 3, 2011): on Mingguang TV, the municipal government website, Mingguang Audio-visual Education Announcements are made on the website (city government website, Mingguang Audio-visual Education website, hereafter collectively referred to as the website) and each school's bulletin board, and the implementation conditions, procedures, job settings, standards, and results are disclosed.
(2) Registration
1. July 2-6, 2011 (8:00-12:00 a.m., 3:00 p.m.-6:00 p.m., normal work on weekends), lasting Bring your ID card, household registration booklet, academic certificate, registration certificate, original and copy of teacher qualification certificate to the Personnel Section of Mingguang Municipal Education Bureau to register on site. 2. The 2011 graduates who have not yet received their graduation certificate or teacher qualification certificate should register with their ID card, household register, original and photocopy of their student ID card and the employment recommendation form verified by the school, and wait for employment. You must provide college graduation certificate, teacher qualification certificate and registration certificate that are consistent with your application information, otherwise you will not be hired. Teachers who were born between July 1, 1976 and June 30, 1983 and were employed by Mingguang City public schools before December 31, 2008 must provide proof of the school where they taught.
3. Carefully fill in the "Mingguang City Teacher Recruitment Roster" and the "Mingguang City Recruitment Teacher Qualification Review Form", and the relevant information provided must be true and accurate.
4. Submit 4 recent 1-inch half-length, full-frontal, bareheaded photos (indicate the academic stage, subject, and name applied for on the reverse side) and pay the written examination fee.
5. Each person can apply for only one position according to their major.
6. From 8:00 to 18:00 on July 11, 2011, candidates will go to the Education Bureau to collect their admission tickets with their ID cards. During the examination, candidates must enter the examination room with their admission ticket and ID card.
7. The number of applicants shall not be less than twice the position quota. If it is less than 2 times, the recruitment quota will be determined proportionally. If the number of applicants for a position is less than 3, the recruitment for this position will be cancelled, and the original applicants are allowed to apply for other qualified positions within 1 day after the registration deadline.
When registering, a strict qualification review will be conducted. Those who do not meet the conditions or commit fraud will have their qualifications for application and employment cancelled.
(3) Examination
The examination shall be a combination of written examination and interview.
1. Written test
(1) Time: the morning of July 12, 2011.

(3) Score: professional courses account for 80, education and psychology each account for 10.
For kindergarten teacher positions, only the professional courses of early childhood education (accounting for 35), early childhood psychology (accounting for 35) and early childhood hygiene (occupying 30) are tested; for the position of psychology teacher, only the professional courses of pedagogy (accounting for 10) and Psychology (90%).
(4) Content:
① Professional courses: The general high school teacher position is the content of the general college entrance examination syllabus of the subject applied for; the vocational high school teacher position is the professional course content of the corresponding college entrance examination syllabus of the applied subject; junior high school and primary school teachers The positions are based on the syllabus of the junior high school graduation academic examination in the subject you are applying for. If there is no examination for the college entrance examination or the high school entrance examination in the subject you apply for, then the high school teacher position will be based on the content of the high school textbook of the subject applied for, and the junior high school and primary school teacher positions will be based on the content of the junior high school textbook of the subject applied for.
② Education and psychology: The teaching materials for ordinary high school and vocational high school teachers are undergraduate level, and the teaching materials for junior high school and primary school teachers are junior college level teaching materials.
This examination entrusts relevant units from other places to write questions, prepare papers, mark papers, and score papers. No bibliography specified.
(5) The written examination fee is 45 yuan per subject (according to Wanzifei [2009] No. 118).
(6) The written test results will be announced on the website.
(7) If you have any questions about the written test scores, you must go to the designated location at the specified time to fill in the registration form. The time and place for registration and score checking will be notified on the website after the written test results are announced. If the score check results change from the original published written test scores, they will be announced on the website and the applicant will be notified by phone.
2. Interview
(1) After the written test results are announced, according to the recruitment position, the interview candidates will be determined from high scores to low scores among the written test candidates in a ratio of 1:2. If the written test scores are the same, the one with the higher professional course score will be given priority. If the actual number of people taking the written test for a certain position is less than or equal to the position quota, only those with a passing score (60 on the paper) can participate in the interview. The interview time, location, and list of interviewees will be announced on the website.
(2) The interview takes the form of a class, focusing on the teaching level, thinking adaptability, language expression ability and teaching style of the reference personnel, with a total score of 100 points. For students with the same position and the same section, the subjects will be designated by expert judges on site, and the order of classes will be determined by drawing lots on site.
(3) Interview content
Ordinary high schools and vocational high schools use textbooks for the second semester of the first grade of high school, junior high schools use textbooks for the second semester of the first grade, and elementary schools use textbooks for the second semester of the third grade, such as subject It is not offered at this grade level, but is a textbook for the second semester of the first year of high school. Kindergarten is a textbook for middle class students.

(4) Physical examination
After the total score is announced on the website, the physical examination candidates will be determined from high score to low score according to the ratio of 1:1 for the recruitment position. After the list of shortlisted candidates is published on the website and there are no objections, the Education Bureau will organize a physical examination at a hospital at or above the county level. (5) Political review
Candidates who have passed the physical examination will be announced to the public for 3 days through the website. (6) Employment Methods

2. The probation period for teachers hired this time is one year of actual work (excluding statutory holidays). Once the applicant is hired, he or she will sign an employment agreement with the employing school, and the Education Bureau will organize pre-job training. After the probation period expires, if the candidate is assessed as being competent in education and teaching, the Education Bureau will report it to the Municipal Editorial Committee for approval and then go through relevant procedures.
3. Supervision
Recruiting teachers is a highly policy-based job. The entire recruitment process is subject to the supervision of disciplinary inspections, supervisory agencies and society.
