After the expiration of the validity period of the qualification certificate of the project bidding agency, the qualification certificate will cease to be used and become invalid. The preliminary examination department in charge of qualification examination shall, when receiving a new qualification certificate, return the original and all copies to the Construction Market Management Department of the Ministry of Construction.
