ABB's interview experience

ABB's interview experience 1

First of all, I am very grateful to the other seven students who participated in the group talk. Eight of us worked together to complete the whole discussion.

Then I will talk about my views on ABB recruitment and my experience in two interviews.

About ABB recruitment:

As stated at the presentation, the contract will be signed for five years. Obey the company's assignment to the work place after training. At this point, they are

very practical, and they can apply if they want.

I was naive to think that I would be free after 18 months of training (of course, I actually have to work in the middle). Results

I got the first interview because I submitted my resume online earlier. Forget it, it's a chance to exercise.

Let's talk about the interview:

One side:

It's mainly the nature of chatting. Main inspection: salary expectation, personal career planning, and understanding of this position.

Then there are some of the most successful things, the most unsuccessful things, and the most frustrating things, including the questions about your winning experience in social activities

. The front is basically Chinese. Ask me an English question. What did I learn in an English Su

over Camp I attended? sorry, my oral English is not good. I said a few words, and then asked me to

introduce them in detail, so I'll just say sorry. But I am thick-skinned and will not blush, so I have always been confident and calm. Finally, the interviewer said to inform the two sides at 1 pm. I asked an additional question: ABB said that the project would start on July 1st, but < P > it seems that we were still at school at that time and asked ABB how to deal with this problem. They said they had to go back and discuss it.

this side is over. ABB's interview experience 2

Yesterday, I coughed a lot and asked for help. Many students enthusiastically gave me advice, so I wrote down my interview experience at the request of a netizen in the hope of helping.

In October, I received an excel file from our college, which contained a list of companies, so I submitted it in order. On November 18th, around 3 pm, I was bored and got a call from ABB for an interview on the 22nd.

One side:

Get up at 7: 3 in the morning, have breakfast, take the subway to raffles city, transfer to ABB 9: 3 bus to Waigaoqiao, fill out an application form, and then HR will take it for an interview. It is recommended that the brothers who go to the interview bring a resume with them. The interviewer is a handsome Swedish guy with a friendly and humorous personality. After meeting and making polite remarks, I told him directly that I seldom communicate in English. If I can't hear you clearly, I can always pardon. The Swedish guy smiled and said "Your English must be better than my Chinese". At the beginning of the question, the handsome guy speaks clearly and speaks slowly. The basic question is around the resume, which is generally some. Are you familiar with the software? Did you finish all this work? Have you ever had the experience of a certain job? There are some evaluative questions: most of them can be found online, such as your plans for the next few years. Under what circumstances would you choose to leave the company? There seems to be a question that must be asked, that is, do you choose to be a person with wide knowledge but low professional level or vice versa?

In short, the atmosphere was very relaxed, and the handsome guy even sent out the Chinese word "Hubei" clearly. When asked, he learned that he had just visited Yichang not long ago. I feel good about myself, especially after the interview, I was flattered by the handsome guy's sentence "I think your english is excellen t".

a week later, on 29th, I received a notice from hr, which is said to be also the final interview. It was on 22nd, that is, at 11: 3 today.

On the 29th, I got up at 7: 3 in the morning, had breakfast, took the subway to raffles city, and transferred to ABB 9: 3 bus to Waigaoqiao. I didn't fill out the application form this time, hehe, and took it to the interview by HR. In the process of chatting with hr again, I learned that the interviewer is an American with a big nose. He just arrived from abroad and only stayed in Shanghai for two days. He will leave Shanghai tomorrow, and the time is tight, so I specially concentrated the candidates on these two days. Unfortunately, I still ignored the factor of time, which cast a shadow over this interview. To the interview office, the old beauty is not here, go out for air, and return in a few minutes. After entering the room, I made a few polite remarks. My cell phone rang and I began to reply to the short message, which was completed in a few minutes.

Laomei begins to introduce relevant information about recruitment: purpose, location, specific tasks ... to be completed in a few minutes. American said: Let's start talking about your background. I'll take out the USB flash drive, open the ppt and start the self introduction. Education.,intern,project. Time is running out ... Finally, American interrupted and asked, Do you have a mechanic design job? I quickly received two printed assembly drawings and was about to explain them, but the old American asked: What is this thing for? At once, blabla said a bucket and drew a picture. American said, Oh, I see what this thing is for. Well, hr will inform you of the result tomorrow ... But I haven't said more than half of my ppt ...

Keep asking: Do you need to explain the structure? "No need" ...

Summary: Put the work that should be done on the first side on the second side; The timing of self introduction is a great failure; The cold didn't affect the interview as much as I thought. I went back to school in frustration, sent a resume to 12 in the evening, and started sc ...
