Job description: planning, organizing and supervising concerts and performances, including budget and financial management; Manage the administrative work of the symphony orchestra, including personnel management, recruitment and training; Cooperate with musicians to arrange rehearsals and performance plans to ensure the smooth progress of the concert; Plan publicity activities, promote the orchestra, increase the number of audiences and the popularity of the orchestra; Maintain the relationship with partners and sponsors, and strive for more support and resources for the development of the orchestra.
