The Work Content and Quality of the Executive Director of Symphony Orchestra

The job content and quality of this position are as follows:

Job description: planning, organizing and supervising concerts and performances, including budget and financial management; Manage the administrative work of the symphony orchestra, including personnel management, recruitment and training; Cooperate with musicians to arrange rehearsals and performance plans to ensure the smooth progress of the concert; Plan publicity activities, promote the orchestra, increase the number of audiences and the popularity of the orchestra; Maintain the relationship with partners and sponsors, and strive for more support and resources for the development of the orchestra.

Work quality: knowledge and experience in music, familiar with the operation, organization and management of symphony orchestra; Excellent organizational planning skills, able to make effective plans and strategies for concerts and performances; Excellent interpersonal communication and leadership skills, able to establish good relations with musicians, partners and sponsors and effectively manage the team; Have the ability of financial management and budget, and be able to effectively manage the finance of concerts and performances.
